These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyCleanerConnect website, application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Definitions “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to MyCleanerConnect, operated by GSD Tech Group, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. “Service” refers to the MyCleanerConnect website, application, and marketplace functionality. “User” refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service. “Cleaner” refers to users with profiles offering cleaning services who browse listings or contact Homeowners. “Homeowner” refers to users who create listings or communicate with Cleaners. “Content” refers to any information, text, images, or materials posted by Users.
  2. Nature of the Service (Marketplace Disclaimer) MyCleanerConnect operates a neutral online marketplace that allows Users to discover and communicate with one another. We do not provide cleaning services, do not employ or contract with Cleaners, do not supervise, control, or direct any services, and are not a party to any agreement between Users. Any service arrangement, agreement, or payment made between a Homeowner and a Cleaner occurs independently and outside the platform.
  3. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
  4. User Accounts
  • 4.1 Account Creation
    To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • 4.2 No Verification or Background Checks
    MyCleanerConnect does not conduct background checks, verify licenses, insurance, or credentials, or perform identity verification. Users interact with others at their own discretion and risk.
  • 4.3 Communications
    By creating an account and using the Service, you consent to receive administrative, transactional, and account-related communications that are necessary to operate the Service. These communications may include, without limitation, emails related to account creation, email verification, password changes or resets, listing approvals, new messages, account or permission changes and security notifications. Because these communications are required for the operation and security of the Service, Users may not opt out of such emails while maintaining an active account.
  1. Subscriptions & Fees
  • 5.1 Cleaner Subscriptions
    Certain features (including messaging access) may require a paid subscription for Cleaners. Subscription fees are processed securely by Stripe, and MyCleanerConnect does not collect or store payment card information. Subscription terms, pricing and billing details are displayed at the time of checkout and are subject to change as described on the Service.
  • 5.2 No Job Payments
    MyCleanerConnect does not process payments for cleaning services, set service prices, or handle refunds or disputes related to services. All payments for cleaning services are arranged and completed independently and off-platform between Homeowners and Cleaners.
  • 5.3 No Refunds; Effect of Cancellation
    All subscriptions are non-refundable. If a Cleaner cancels a subscription, the subscription will remain active and the applicable features will continue to be available through the end of the current paid billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not result in a prorated refund or credit for any unused portion of the subscription term.
  • 5.4 Changes to Subscription Pricing
    MyCleanerConnect reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any changes to pricing will apply prospectively and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change. Continued use of a subscription after a pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
  1. User Content
  • 6.1 User Responsibility
    Users are solely responsible for the Content they post, including its accuracy, legality, and appropriateness.
  • 6.2 License to Use Content
    By posting Content, you grant MyCleanerConnect a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such Content solely for operating and promoting the Service. You retain ownership of your Content.
  • 6.3 Prohibited Content
    You may not post Content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right (but not the obligation) to remove Content or suspend accounts at our discretion.
  1. User Conduct You agree to use the Service in a lawful and respectful manner. Without limitation, you agree not to misrepresent your identity, qualifications, or services; violate any applicable laws or regulations; harass, abuse, exploit, or harm other Users; or attempt to circumvent, interfere with, or misuse the Service or its safeguards.
  2. Disclaimers
  • 8.1 No Warranties
    The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCleanerConnect disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability. MyCleanerConnect does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor does it make any representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Content or listings provided by Users.
  • 8.2 No Endorsement
    MyCleanerConnect does not endorse, recommend, or guarantee any Cleaner or service.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except where prohibited by law, MyCleanerConnect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or disputes between Users. In no event shall MyCleanerConnect’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to MyCleanerConnect during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
  2. Indemnification
    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MyCleanerConnect, its affiliates, and their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your interactions with other Users, your Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
  3. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
  • Informal Resolution.
    Before initiating formal proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting MyCleanerConnect.
  • Mediation.
    If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may request non-binding mediation administered by a mutually agreed mediator in Seminole County, Florida.
  • Arbitration.
    If the dispute is not resolved through mediation, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Seminole County, Florida, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  • Class Action Waiver.
    You agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and that you waive any right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
  1. Termination
    We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any lawful reason.
    Users may discontinue use of the Service at any time.
    Sections relating to limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and governing law shall survive termination.
  2. Changes to These Terms
    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
