How it works
- A user creates an account as a Renter/Homeowner and from there can create a listing - which consists of a title, description, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms to be cleaned with an option to set their own price. The location is needed as well. It can either be an address or just the City, State.
*Currently only available for listings in the state of Florida* - A Cleaner can search all listings and interact with a listing poster via a paid subscription.
Send an inquiry
A Cleaner can communicate with the listing poster by clicking on the listing 'Send an inquiry' button. This requires a subscription to activate. Once a user is subscribed they will have access to inquire with every listing that is active, for as long as their subscription is active.
How to subscribe
As a Cleaner, select a listing and click on the 'Send an inquiry' button. That will bring you to the external page where a subscription can be purchased via Stripe.
Closing a listing
A Renter/Homeowner has the ability to close a listing if they no longer want it to be visible and no longer want to be contacted by Cleaners. Navigate to "Your listings", click on the 3 dots in the upper right of the listing image and click on "Close listing". A listing can be reopened at any time.
Cancelling subscription
Sign into your account. Click on the "Cancel subscription" link at the bottom of the page. From there you will be sent to Stripe with instructions how to access their customer portal. Once in the customer portal, you will then have the option to cancel the subscription.
Delete Account
While logged in, navigate to the Account Settings (accessed via the profile in the top right corner). There will be an option to 'Manage account' on the left. From there click the box 'I want to delete my account'. This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Confirm the deletion by entering your password. Once your account is deleted you will not be able to access your listings or messages.
